Parks Now Recruiting Sponsors for 2024 Christmas In the Park
The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has announced plans for the 2024 Christmas In-The-Park Celebration. Once again, Logansport Parks and Recreation Foundation/ Department will host Christmas in the Park at Spencer Park from November 27th, 2024 through New Year’s Weekend 2025.

Follow Guidelines to Prevent Canine Parvovirus
The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has discussed our concerns with a local veterinarian about Canine Parvovirus in relation to the Wright Street Bark Park (WSBP). We were reminded that dogs whose owners follow the rules of the WSBP, are not as susceptible to Canine Parvovirus.

Patriot Park Playground Removal Begins July 22nd
The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has announced that removal of the Patriot Park Playground will begin starting the week of July 22nd. The current playground which was originally built in 2002, will be removed, except for the swings.
Parks Department Announces Changes to Summer Programs
The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has announced changes to the weekly schedule for summer programs 2024. Evening classes have been cancelled due to low participation including: Green Guardians, evening Drop-In Sports, and evening Walking Club.
