A chain link fence on the east and south edges of the park provides families with a more defined boundary to keep children within.
It currently has a small picnic pavilion, a high school regulation basketball court, a composite playground structure, a swing set, and a good-sized open field for athletic play. The picnic pavilion built in 2024 will seat approximately 24-32 people at its 4 picnic tables with 2 trash cans.
The basketball court rebuilt in 2024 is large enough for regulation high school play and is in excellent condition. The playground is a “Game Time” composite structure which was built in 2005 and is in good-fair condition. The Game Time swing set is in good condition and provides 2 sling-type seats, and 2 bucket swing seats for toddlers.
The playground area is surrounded by commercial playground borders, with Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) surfacing.
The athletic field is large enough for soccer, softball, or football and is in fair condition. Two soccer goals are installed in this field and is used frequently. It is mowed regularly, with little turf maintenance or lines drawn for athletic competition.
An ADA accessible drinking fountain connects only to the south sidewalk, but not the amenities within the park. Only on- street parking is available.
