  • The Immigrant Statue now welcomes those that are using the brand new “incubator kitchen” recently built by the Cass County Community Foundation.  In addition, several murals overlook the park, painted by the art students at Logansport High School.

    The Immigrant Statue was dedicated at Heritage Park on November 20th, 2020, as a tribute to the immigrants that have come to the City of Logansport. The statue was a project of Logansport’s Italian- American community and the late Kathy Dingo. It was created in Italy from Carrara marble. The statue celebrates the great heritage of immigration that helped to build this community and welcomes and honors our newest immigrants from across the globe that join us in this community day after day in search of a better life.
