Memorial Park
-
Memorial Park is less than .5 acre pocket park that was opened when the Market St. Bridge was built long ago. It is called Memorial Park because of the single granite monument marker that says: “In memory of our fathers by Mary E Miller Tent No. 34 of the Civil War 1861-1865,” erected in 1936. A flagpole for the American flag stands immediately behind the marker.
